Toyota has made excellent car but they must realize that just making good CAR is not everything, this has to be backed up by equally strong customer relationship management. Though I did make a good decision by waiting for 5month to get my car but shall repent entire life that why did I go to Nandi Toyota Hosur Road Bangalore.
I was left on my own , no communication for the delay in vehicle delivery except for those occasional paper advertisement in times of India , which was more of damage control rather than to pacify irate customers. I was left in lurch and kind of people managing the business are horrible.
It will take very little time for you to make out that this is not Toyota from Japan , this is an Indian Toyota company.I wonder how come world no 1 automobile company, known to have such high degree of customer orientation never bothered to send even sms forget about mail explaining their position and empathize with customer.
But Bottom line remains that Buy ETIOS its really good car but not from Nandi Toyota.
