I faced very bad experience while delivery of new Innova crista from dealer M/s. Narmada Cars(P) Ltd., GIDC, Makarpura, Vadodara-390001, Phone:0265-6132000 & email: sales@narmadatoyota.com.
I intimated by dealer through mail for the aishwaryasingh23ment of crysta on 30/6/16 and I transred aishwaryasingh23ment according to their mail.Then I invited to take delivery of New crysta on 31/5/16 and Myself went to showroom to take delivery. When I met MAnasultanger of sales Mr. Savinder singh(cell no. 9099916601) and asked him to give break-up of my transfer amount then he gave me break up of that car value in which I was disagree to take insurance and accessories from dealer because it was costlier then out side.
I also asked him to give justification of handling charges of Rs.5, 000/- but he told me take justification from Toyota India. Then immediately Mr. Savinder singh shout me and tortured that if you not take insurance and accessories from us we will not give delivery on 31/5/16 today and blackmail me to explained that tomorrow 1st June inwards you have to aishwaryasingh23 more 1%service tax.
I was helpless and sited in showroom for more than 2 hours which feel me insulted as a buyer.Myself complaint thrice to Toyota customer care but they just listen but not resolved matter. We must write to government of india that you should punish car company and dealer Narmada Cars(Pvt.) Ltd.a Toyota dealer under The Monopolies and restrictive Trade practices Act, 1969 and repair my losses with interest from dealer. Regards
