The technical description of the car and the way it is marketed brings in lots customer to Lanson Toyota Showroom. But I do not think they have enough maturity to treat customers they way they needs to be. This is my experience
I go on a week day taking some time from my busy schedule to take a test drive to the Lanson Toyota showroom in Chennai. A sale rep greets me at the door asking me what I want and I convey my intention to take a test drive. He says that he will get back and never showed any interest in trying to sell me the car. Rather only thing I heard from him is it is going to take more than 3 months for the car delivery as if why do you have to buy car. Looks like you need to have a recommendation to buy this car. Is it really that worth it. Guys watch out. Service might screw you up big time.
The attitude of the customer service I felt was We are not trying to sell, if you buy take a risk. Now I have brought the equivalent another brand.
