Tp-link is a very respected brand in routers and that router is particularly designed for home use only this is a 150 mbps router without modem. keep in mind that it is a router without modem. so if you are going to buy bsnl like broadband which needs modem to start broadband connection don’t buy that. I got that router from paytm at just RUPEES 600 and but the router is working at my home since very long time and I have not any complain till date this router is working very smoothly.
COVERAGE: coverage of that router is very nice it can give signal in a 3 BHK flat without any speed disturbance so it has really very good coverage.
FUNCTIONS: it supports all the latest IEEE protocol which is very essential nowadays. it supports IEEE 802.11n, IEEE802.11g, IEEE802.11b and much standard protocols.
it has 150 mbps speed so it has good coverage area and connectivity too.
PORTS: it has 4 LAN port so you can connect your four pc at a time and it has 1 WAN port for your wireless connectivity.
FREQUENCY: you should always look after frequency while buying and router. this router has 2.5 GHZ single band connectivity.
SECURITY: all the kind of security like WEP, WPA and WPA2 are available this will protect your router from hackers. so this is a very secured router.
PARENTAL CONTROL: it comes with parental control as well as access control protocol. after changing router settings. and you can also block some website after adding parental control. and can also limit the usage of other device and can also limit the usage on particular website.
ANTENNA: 1 5 dBi antenna
WEIGHT: it is a very small and light weight router which will not take more space in your home.
WARRANTY: this product comes with 3 years of warranty from tplink and services of tplink is very good.
DNS MANAGEMENT: you can make your browsing more safe buy adding dns server of OPENDNS and NORTON as well. this will protect your browsing.
BANDWIDTH MANAGEMENT: you can manage bandwidth of different user and can also count the usage from different bandwidth
BAD POINTS: this router does not have modem and not have dual frequency and dual Antenna.
but after removing some bad points it is a very pocket friendly and wildly sold router from tplink so I will strongly suggest that product it is just awesome.
