I had purchased a TP Link Wifi from Snapdeal in Sep 2013. This was a modem with Wifi and model W8951ND. The wifi modem did not have very great performance but somehow I managed to keep using it as already had burned 1500 Rs. on it. It used to have link drops every few days but I kept using it.
It is a product with 3 year replacement warranty as per the box, the bill and their website. Now in March 2015, less than 1.5 years after it was purchased, it has stopped working and I have raised support issue with TP Link but they are not responding at all.
The shameless fellows are not responding to support ticket and if you call them they give some cellphone no. of a guy in Nehru place to contact andfollow up on replacement. No proper procedure for replacement and no avail of raised support ticket even after 2 days. They have distributors and dealers in Wazirpur but are insisting that one visit Nehru place to have it checked. What does that mean? Will a person make multiple trips 20-25 km from where he lives to get an itemchecked and then wait for the royal highnesses to respond with their decision. Information clearly available provides that they have dealers etc. who can replace the item near to my place but they are not responding on this at all.
Stay away from such useless products is my advice!
