I had purchased the modem a year back and it served me perfectly till 2 days back. 2 days back it stopped working suddenly and when I got in touch with the technical team, they told me I have to get it replaced. They gave me a contact number which is always switched off and when I asked for a different number they said they have no other contact number and they asked me to either keep trying or to send the product to them for replacement.
I then somehow got a different contact number from just dial to be told that they dont have stock and it will take minimum 10 days for them to get the product. They expect me to wait for 10 days without a modem?
I will definitely think multiple times before purchasing any TP-link product and will not recommend it to any friends if this is the way the company provides after sales service.
