Worst worst worst.My courier reached bangalore on 9th June.
Till 14th June I didnt receive the courier. When I tried calling the customer care, either the phone was busy or they would never pick my call. Finally I found from online tracking that the courier is in madival hub so I went myself to take my courier. I told them that this is very unprofessional that you guys didnt deliver the courier even after so many days. But they were least bothered by that. The manager ignored me and continued talking to someone on mobile.
They took some 5-10 mins to search my courier. I was worried whether they have lost it or not as I saw many reviews on mouthshut regarding this.Thank God I received my courier, i’m writing here to save others from the harassment.
