After reading all the reviews on track on couriers, I dont think it matters if I write another review because whatever complaints people have written about, all of them happened to me, twice. 1st courier was packed n sent by them in 2 parts, received the first part but my induction cooker, isnpite of being properly bubble wrapped, was broken, the glass was shattered, leaving it useless.
The 2nd part of the courier was received after so much shouting on them after a week. It was supposed to contain my baby’s 1st diwali dress which her grandmother had so lovingly sent. One, we didnt not receive the parcel on diwali, so we were upset abt that. when we did receive the 2nd part, it did not have the dress in it, just some used baby sheets my om had sent. Very conveniently and shamelessly these thieves slit open the box n took out the dress. After much complaining, nothing happened. They compnay n its employees are simply indifferent. Plus they somehow block u from calling. One fine day, the contact person’s number goes non-existent. Just a day before I called him to track n from next day onwards, it says, the number does not exist.
We got tricked the second time again since the courier guy in punjab said that he will pick up the parcel from home and send it through fedex, never bothered to give the receipt and promised to give the reciept the next day. Turned out, he again sent the parcel through track on instead of fedex.
Its been a week and I still have not received the parcel.The website only shows tracking till delhi, no info abt bangalore. The contact us section on the website has all wrong numbers. None of them work.
Beware, its a shoddy and fake company who shamelessly steal away parcels and dnt even bother to apologize or show any kind of responsibility. No amount of complaint emails or bad reviews effect them.
I write this review only to caution people against using their services and suffer losses.
