We had a horrible experience with this courier service as once placed the order they are not responding, I had called numerous no. of times and every time a new person pics and give me number of another person. I had 10 different phone no. at last but my issue was still not resolved.
I seriously not recommend anyone to use this courier company, you will be get your goods delivered more quickly than a bullock cart. Go for DTDC, First flight or even speed post, these alternatives are much reliable and timely. Even their service center are much answerable.
Just imagine it took 21 days to deliver my 25 gram of envelop which I posted using Trackon couriers assuming they will deliver it at max within a week which actually became three, that was my helplessness when I was chasing the service provider and getting fooled by them like a government office, where they used to say go to that counter and on another counter the same line- go to that counter.
Please don’t make your life miserable by using any of service by any company which is not reliable, save yourself on sinking with them.
