In this competitive world, many are trying to compete with the existing ones by providing customer satisfaction. I have never heard a courier company named Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd before, and my experience with them is unforgettable. These people are never worried about Customer satisfaction. Never ready to respond. They are not picking up the calls mentioned in the company’s official website. (Doubt? Try it! (044-28153780 To 28153783). Somehow I googled, Got some other numbers and contacted them. They never know how to respond to the customer. There is no proper instruction from the top it seems. They are not ready to provide proper service. That is the reason why even after so many complaints and reviews, they are still being the same.
My courier has reached on 16th Feb and still (22nd Feb), It is not delivered at ayapakkam-chennai. Never seen such a poor service like this.
I am sure, with this kind of services, they are not going to survive too long.
