I had sent a document via trackon from Delhi to Chennai on 21 May 2019. The staff told me that it will reach maximum by 24th or 25th. 24th it was sent to sriperambudur hub. But from then on my awb is notshowing in system.For this I have called both offices more than 40 times still no proper response. Either phone is busy or they disconnect the call and say that chennai pin code not serviceable.Complaint filed for which I got complaint number and out for delivery. By today evening they have closed the complaint as delivered at 4.30 pm. But on checking with the receiver she says that she has not received any packet.These pplare liars and I don’t know what they have done with my document and I will not stop here since she has not received it. Esp the Chennai delivery boy is a fraud and liar. He told that he will give an update never called back. When I started to ask why he is not delivering my package he says that out of service area or I will return the packet. After that he has not even picked up even a single call. Well and good atleast if you can return it it would have been helpful to me. But you neither deliver it nor return it which is causing too much of a stress. Very horrifying worst experience with this courier and will not recommend to any of my friends/relatives. Disgusting customer service and talking to them will increase your BP only. Worst decision by me to send this packet through this irresponsible courier agency. If there was a zero star I would have given that rating but since no option I’m forced to give 1. Take care guys. Never ever choose this stupid courier service. Loss of time, money energy and peace.
