Personally I had worst experience about Tackon courier services.
I sent a package on 10th and paid more to get it delivered on 12th, but they have not yet delivered. It was a birthday gift.
I tracked by calling to the customer care, first of all they didn’t pick. Then after picking they said we have not get your packet yet and cut the cal. After trying 4 few more times they again picked and said "kal hoga, aj nai..jo complain karni hai kar do.." n again disconnected.
Its hell to use their service.
