I purchased an item on ebay and the seller sent it through the worst service "TRACKON".and I waited and waited and when I called up they said the item has been delivered to the building guard and when I said when u have the address y can’t u give it on the address, he started talking rudely.
Again when I called him he said that the item will be delivered the next morning so I followed up and called the next morning he said that he has not received the item. Then again after 5 mins says that he has delivered it to some other address which doesn’t exist.
Now I don’t know the fate of my item. I feel like giving a police complaint on them and even putting up a case on them. Really hate them, pls don’t ever use this service.

By mistake I again used the trackon couriers and I must say my opinions dont change. Worst ever services. No customer care service. Zero tracking. Dont deliver. STAY AWAY
