This is the worst courier you can ever come across. I had a product delivered from presto gifts. The product was dispatched through trackon couriers. The product reached Bangalore on 10th . Till 12th I didn’t receive the product. When I called the customer care first nobody picked. Then after continuous try one lady picked and gave me the courier boy’s number. When I called him he told he will deliver in an hour. Till night he didn’t deliver it. Then on 13th I called them and asked them when they gave it to delivery boy. They said on 10th. What the f* does any delivery boy in Bangalore take 3 days to deliver a product. What is he doing with it? The trackon couriers are such irresponsible people, they are not ready to take responsibility of my product and asking me to track with the delivery people. Till now he has not delivered my product. I had made minimum 10 calls and all the time he replies the same "Madam coming. Will deliver in 1 hour". SUCH A BAD COURIER SERVICE, I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS ONE IN MY LIFE LIKE THIS.
