One of the worst courier services that I have engaged with. The parcel when received in their hub, is kept for 10 days at a minimum, and only after escalation and follow up’s do we get it!
They neither respond via mail nor through telephone. There is no way I could reach customer service!
PLEASE AVOID THIS COURIER SERVICE.
