Its been 5 days that one of my friend sent me a courier through Trackon Courier from Old Delhi to New Delhi. But till today that courier was not delivered.
When I called the customer care several times.no body is picking up the phone. Can you imagine they have already taken 5 days to deliver the courier & no sign of update.that when it is going to be delivered. On their website also there is no update about the courier. It is my advise to every one pls.pls do not use this courier service.
