I had a courier sent over to me 10 days ago and it has been moved around bangalore several times in the last one week. None of the phone numbers work and even if someone picks up they are all arrogant.
I called Ms. Anitha on 91481 51874 and she cut my call 4 times. When she picked the call eventually, she was very rude and did not have the courtesy to talk to a customer. It was as if she was doing me a favour.
I called the local office of Hoodi - 93426 58664. The guy asked me to send the consignment number through sms. After I had sent it, I waited for 5 minutes and called back. He was so rude and instead of focusing on checking my courier status he blamed me for calling repeatedly and cut the call.
Repeated calls were just cut by him.
They do not have a proper SMS notification system. Their customer care numbers are a joke.
I don’t even know why they are still in the business.
