I don’t know how this company is even surviving. There is no proper update on website about my courier. And when I called..they are asking me to come and pickup my courier.?
I am planning to sue this company and ask for compensation for the harassment in consumer court as this is the only way to teach such companies a lesson. Why would I go and pick my courier , when they have taken money to home deliver it. This is heights and too much of a nightmare..worst mistake that I used this company service.
