I have applied for a reprint of my PAN card since I lost it while travelling. The NSDL have dispatched the PAN card as per the details below:

Name of Courier Agency: TRACKON
Consignment no.: 620010772487
It reached in Kochi on 8th July and reached Aluva hub on 15th July(Kochi(Their office is in Kaloor) to Aluva is hardly 16 KMs).
I have tried to contact both NSDL and Trackon, NSDL used to respond, but never got a call from Trackon. I have registered a complaint with them, their resolution was " will self collect."
Today(16th July), I got a call while I was on another call, I called back one number(9037534507) but they did not pick up. I called on another number(9447292757), he picked up the phone and said, we tried your number yesterday, it was engaged, what is our fault? If it was engaged, call again or I will call back. I checked my call list, there were no calls from these numbers. He was too rude asking me to(the tone was something like an order) collect it from office. They cannot deliver to the address mentioned.
I am surprised to see, NSDL have chosen them for all India PAN card delivery. Why NSDL select such third rate substandard courier company for PAN card delivery. Why cant they opt India Post. They deliver to any area. These substandard courier company will never deliver. They do not need to spend. Customer has to go to their office and collect. They are thinking that they giving a favor.
I do not think they will deliver it, I had a word with Mr. Dileep who handle the PAN Card delivery in Kerala, he said will speak to their agent in Angamaly.
Very rude agent/courier.
Never choose such courier company for any purpose.
