No one ahould use their service, because of following reasons:
Their Customer Service is Rude
Their customer service department is unavailable most of the times.
Their Delivery Agents are Rude and Don’t deliver the courier.
There is no escalation matrix.
No Value for Money
No Service at all
So if even after paying someone, you don’t get the service, than you should choose other vendors. No doubt their rating is 1 star. I was the recever of the courier. So to those who send using this courier service, think about, if you are going to send a gift to someone using there service, they will spoil the mood and ruin your name as well. I was disgusted by this courier Service.
