In last one month I have sent two courirer using Trackon.While packing the agent says that in normal trackon maximum time it take is 5 days.BULLSHIT, it took 11 days.I was sending a wedding dress to my sister and since she could not recieve it on time, she had nothing good/new to wear on the occasion.Its total CRAP service.The worst service ever.
I ended up calling fools, illiterate and unprofesional people, whose numbers were provided on https://trackoncourier.com/ContactUs.aspx . Most of the numbers are switched of/agent dont pick call/keep disconnecting calls/recieve it but don’t reply so that u will be charged for calling but u will get no one from other end to reply
Again I had to send a basic mobile phone to my mom in a week, the agent said try Primetrack(a LOB of trackon) it will take 2 businesss days and the product will be delivered.He showed it on trackon website that SBD(second business day) is mentioned for your pincode, you will recieve the prime track docket number on yuor mobile.But today on 6th day I had to call the agent and wait on call for 8 min to get that docket number.
.Just to send a phone of 200 gms, which was well packed by me, he charged me 250 INR.And guess what HELL YES, its 6th day today and its not delivered
Things you should be carefull of while sending courier through trackon
1.Do not believe any shopkeeper who has trackon services.They say that it will take two BDs fro prime track and 5 for normal courier.but nothing like that ever happens.
2.Do not leave the shop before checking the number provided by the shopkeeper.Most of them are switched off and if not no one ever picks the call
3.All the number provided on https://trackoncourier.com/ContactUs.aspx are fake.Most of the numbers are switched of/agent dont pick call/keep disconnecting calls/recieve it but don’t reply so that u will be charged for calling but u will get no one from other end to reply.Especially for Bihar/jharkhand/UP/haryana/delhi NCR region
4.By luck if any agent picks call they are so fools, illiterate and unprofesional that they will not even take your docket number and will verbally tell you that "HUM HAFTE ME DO BAAR HI GHAR PE DELIVERY DENE JATE HAIN, BHALE HI APKA SAMAN KAL PHUNCH GAYA HO BUT HUM USKO APKE GHAR PARSO HI PHUNCHA PAYENGE."
Conclusion is "Never choose TRACKON/PRIMETRACK coz its Biggest shitt in India in courier services"
