I would like to inform you that never use trackon courier service also avoid online shopping from seller who uses trackon courier service. As per their website it says parcel is with Chamrajpet(Bangalore) courier but when I called them on telephone no.080-26700699 they informed that they have not received the item. Chamrajpet branch people asked me to call yalanka(bangalore) branch people(mobile no. 9972366203), when I called yalanka branch no. They said parcel is with Chamrajpet branch only. Again I called Chamrajpet branach and they said parcel will be send to malleswaram branch and tomorrow I will receive the item. This is ridiculous service. I will update again tomorrow.
