I always use DTDC, but that day DTDC was closed (my bad luck !!) and I had to use this service for the very first time. If you want your courier to be delivered safe and on time, NEVER EVER use this service !!
I had such a bad experience - I was supposed to receive my courier on Monday (14 May 2012) in Chennai, which was sent from Bangalore on Friday (11 May, 2012). When I checked with the consignment number, it showed that it has arrived to Vadaplani branch - Chennai, but the person (Mr Ansari - 9043238511- Vadaplani office) I was calling again and again and getting the response like call me again after 5 or 10 minutes.
I had been calling so many times and at last I got the answer that the courier has not arrived to Chennai..!!!!! He gave one number of his office (044 - 43587878) and told me call there..One lady received the call and when I said the problem, she just cut the call so bluntly..!!! Nonsense..
Moreover I have still not received the courier yet. These people are so irresponsible that they don’t understand how much valuable that courier can be..I have this pain coz my courier had all very important documents..I am still waiting for my courier to be arrived..:(:(
Guys ..Please don’t use this service whatever be the situation..
