Just to inform you all please dont use this hopeless courier service at all.I live in USA, one of my friend visited india and my father wanted to courier some stuff for me.When my father visited their office they assured him that courier will be delivered within 3 days to Hyderabad where my friend was.
After 3 days we tried to contact the customer care and you wont believe they have no clue about my courier status.Someone told me it has reached Hyderabad and when I called the Hyderabad office they told me they dint receive any courier which was send from Bhopal.
After 15 days my father registered an FIR against them and ask them to give back the courier.My friend has already returned back to US and my father received back the stuff after 20th day from the day my father couriered.
Ridiculous service provider. Close the service asap and stop making people fool.
