I am really disappointed from your courier services. I have asked my friend to send one courier from Delhi to Pune and was expecting that it will take 5-6 days same as it takes from other courier services. It’s now 10 days from the date of courier and there is no clue that where is my courier. I called the help desk of Pune office also but they are also not clear that how much time it will take. When I was asking that why it’s taking so much time, they have disconnected the call.
Finally I can say
"The worst Courier Service I have ever seen, Charging double of cost and Staff is so rude and don’t have any idea of your consignment’
about Rating- I don’t think that It deserves the 1 rating also and there should be -1 rating for this and it should be closed "
