My friend had shipped some medicines worth Rs.4000/- from Faridabad, Haryana to Guwahati, Assam on 8/5/2023 with Trackon Courier Services. The AWB number is 1454181123. The shipment hasn’t reached me yet and the site says it’s in Hazra, West-Bengal on 16/5/2023. It’s been 8 days since it was shipped and the shipment first went to Patna, Bihar and now West-Bengal.
The Trackon customer service is unable to give me any estimated delivery date, they absolutely do not understand the urgency of my order. I called them multiple times but all they do is ask me to have patience and nothing else.
