Horribly, Shockingly pathetic, worst courier service provider of all!
My parents wanted to sent my b’day present by this pathetic courier from Dehradun to Pune, it never got delivered! When they asked about it, for at least 10 days he keep saying that it’ll reach. After 13-14 days he finally accepted that they lost it somewhere in Delhi and now the company (TRACKON) offers Rs.120 as fine!
Pathetic! wonder if I can go to consumer forum against it?
Those 3% who recommended it, must be the company owners!
