I was to receive a parcel from Bhagalpur( Bihar) to New Delhi, it took more than 17 days and in between those days no one answered to the calls, their communication among branches is very poor. Their service is horrible, When I called the store where I have deposited the parcel, the lady who picked the phone yelled at me, if I would have been present there, I think she might have slapped me.
It’s horrible. I’ll never use this courier again.
