The most horrible and worst courier service I have ever come across. I had got many packages via Trackon, and every time it has been a big hassle. Nobody in the company has any clue. Packages were damaged, lost and never delivered. Every time, we had to call ten people just to’track’ where our package was. And then they refuse to deliver. Or at times they say they will deliver but never do. Once the delivery guy ran away with my package and also quit the job! On top of all that. The company people are super rude.
