One educational institution booked some learning material to deliver me at Telengana state. They charged around 4 times more than normal charges. It was supposed to reach me in 2 days. They kept the material undelivered for 5 days then calling me and telling it is out of delivery location where as my residence in 5 km away from there. Office. When I refuse to collect from their office they are telling to contact booking location . I suggest to discard this courier service .They don’t have any curtesy to speak to a customer who is their source of earning. This company should abolish.
