The parcel came from Mumbai to Pune in 3 hours, but for delivering within Pune it is taking more than 5 days.
My parcel has reached PUNE on 30th Dec 2014, and today it is 2nd Jan 2015. Still I haven’t received the parcel.
Its very difficult to get connected to the TRACKON customer service & the employees are also least interested to help. Don’t even talk properly.
But very bad in delivery, customer service & commitment. Will never recommend it to anyone.
Worst Service.
