Trackon courier services are just like "naam bade aur darshan chote" I am sharing my own experience I bought a kurti for my mother to gift her on mothers day and the seller send it through trackon courier services so the courier has shipped from ludhiana for chandigarh my courier arries in my city in about 3-4 days I waited for 2 days more to get it deliver and I track it on daily basis so its been 6 days my courier is in my city and its regulary out for delivery and I didn’t get it but I dont take any action . Then the the mother’s day just passed and I tracked it and after 2 -3 days I have noticed that the tracking app is showing that the address is incorrect I didnt get any call from the agent since 10 days and suddenly they are showing my address is incorrect then I started finding their numbers I tried one the number which is writer on the website and its invalid I had already paid for this courier and then I google about their nearby office and thrir contact no I call them then they give me 2-3 numbers I call them one by one and they said I wait let me check and they gave me another number I call them they said sir call us tommorrow its time to close our office I said ok . I call them again and told them about every thing I asked them do I have to pick up my courier then tell me the address then they said you will get your order soon then I get a call he said you will get your order before 6 pm I said ok and I wait for 2 days more I didnt get my order next day I call gain the first person who gave me the numbers I told him again about all the issue he said sir I have already given you a number I told him that they said I will get it before 6 pm 2 days before and yet I didn’t get it then he said let me check tell me the order id then he call the agent and about 4 I get a missed call from the agent who have my order I call him back within 10 min he didnt recieve the call then I call gain he just cut my call then he call me aboyt 5 30 pm and said not I left for another place I was calling you but you didnt pick up I said yes you have called me ajd I called you back with in 10 min and you called me once but I called you twice but you didn’t pick now just tell me when will I get my order . He said now you will get it on monday because tommorrow is our holiday I said ok and I waited for monday and still didn’t get my order then he called me next day about 12pm and said I am sorry I was out of station yesterday and now I am free I am coming to deliver your order and then I get it after 1 hour about 1pm so I will suggest to all my friends who are reading this never ever try their services they deliver courier according to their comfort and convenience the agent name was sunny sood and he lives damm near to my house but yet he disturbed me so much . So please friends dont try their services .
