Before, tradeindia.com was said one of the largest B2B platform in indian, we thought that was right and registed one premium meber in tradeindia.com in oct 1st, 2019.
Just after 1 month, we received many enquiry, and we contact all of these person who sent mail to us, but most of them don’t know why their mail reach us, they even don’t know our products and let alone have interest at our products . Tradeindia.com asked us to keep touch with sender and said they are genium buyer, just we didn’t deal that well. we thought that and then the sales keep promoting us other high grade serve to buy google promotion, and said they are very good, we trusted them and paid it for the second time . and then said they begun to work .But after nearly 2 months, we asked them, the technique engineer who are in charge with our account said our serve is very basic, and need to buyer higher grade serve and said google promotion don’t have any good effect . When we showed him the contacted that we signed 2 month ago with his sales, he said he need to check that, and then no any response after that . When we contacted their manager, and told he has arrange someone to take care of our case and begin to work . This happen in 2 month after we signed the contracted, they didn’t do anything, even don’t know the serve they should provide .they made many promise, but in the end, we realized all of this is just cheating!
And now, we are asking them to refund us money, but no any response, no any reply at all!
Very very disappointed by so bad tradeindia.com, anyone who want to buyer tradeindia.com serve should be aware of that!
Really very very poor serve, and don’t have any reputation at all .promise is nothing for them!
