We visited this place last month at Brigade. The food was good and tasted great!
Service was horrible. The waiters kept forgetting the orders. We had ordered 5 drinks and some food. They bought 3 drinks and after half hour they tell us that they cant get the other two cause bar is closed! Whats our fault in that?
Then when we call the manager to talk to him. he said that he is in this industry since 17 years and showed off about his experience and didn’t want to do anything about our complaint. Very arrogant team. We were 8 of us and paid a bill of about 12k. We don’t pay this much to face such horrible service.
Anyone with self respect please don’t go there.
