Fraudulent trade=tradus

I just have got a piece of worst customer services from tradus.in . I ordered an HP pen drive and they delivered the same but without invoice/bill. Only a dispatch receipt was there with address printed on it for delivery. No VAT/TIN of the merchant was there. And when I mailed them regarding the issue, just got a system generated mail that I will get a response in 48-72 hours. And infact after 4 days(96 hours), I didn’t get any response from them. And there is no contact number of them, the only way to contact them is email only.


Once you have purchased something from them, you will be on the mercy of their poorest customer care.


The facts about tradus.in felt by me:




  1. They didn’t deliver invoice/bill with the pen drive. So how can one avail manufacturer warranty? And, Second, they may be involved in tax fraud.




  2. No customer support on phone. Means they know about their poor service. If they provide the phone support, they can’t answer the complaints.




  3. While sending a mail, you get a system generated mail and then starts a real chase for response.






I feel, they are real DON."Tradus se response lena mushkil hi nahi.":).


Jokes apart, If you buy something and faces a problem, Just be ready to face the VIRTUAL   Customer    Care.


I think, proper Customer Care makes a front part of these kind of online portals. And a poor CC service means don’t go for them. I had experienced online shopping on other shopping portals like homeshop18 and letsbuy.com and didn’t experienced any issue.


So, in my view see this side of tradus before ordering something.
