Universal Sony Earphone Received Damaged Condition

Today I received Universal Sony(ZV E728MP) 3.5 mm Jack Stereo Earphone Without Mic (Imported) Sub-Order ID: 10705816_01.  Order ID: 10705816


The item with damaged condition, (Pic Attached)


The Right side of the Earphone is not working.


Kindly advise me what to do?


And also arrange to reverse pickup of the item or replacement.
