I purchased HP Laptop, they delivered some old laptop with lot of dust, even laptop box was opened and is not from India. Laptop is fron Thailand, keypad is in Thai, charger is not compatible with Indian plug, I have been behind them for refund called multiple time, but so far no response, they are not even replying to emal, disconnect the call.
Very unprofessional behavior. Need help.
