Feedbackor cons with tradus, cancellation

When we order a product and we see some issue with the delivery, we have no control over the system.


We need to wait for a month for your support team to resolve the issue. When order is not delivered on the committed date, it is really bad. On time delivery will help to get more customers.


You don’t have any contact number and you claim that you are directly connecting us to the seller via your system But that number never works. I have tried to contact seller via the toll free number which you share. That never works. It really took my interest towards buying anything from Tradus.


Feedback:


1.Give control to buyer to cancel the order incase of delivery commitment miss.This will add more responsibility to seller to send items on time.(See Ebay)


2.Customer care - Spend some money there. It helps a lot of customers.


3.Escalating mechanism - Please check your mails for this mail id management@tradus.com
