This is to share the dismal service provided by Tradus India.
I had purchased a mobile phone on Tradus.in on 30th June via Sub-Order ID: 9749496_01.
The product description said "Instant Dispatch". However, there were no updates on this even after 24 hours. When I then contacted the seller to enquire on the status, the status on the website was updated on 2nd July saying "Order packed by Seller". After three days, there was no progress on the order.
When I then contacted the Seller who goes by the name Zoomin, alias, SuperCamDeals (https://tradus.com/store/Zoomin-762950), he said the delivery onus was with Tradus; and that the order was returned to him by the courier company. I have escalated the issue to the Tradus management as well, however, they have not reverted on this. What’s worse is that I discovered later that Tradus doesn’t have incoming phone support!
Additionally, my previous phone was damaged in water, and I desperately need a replacement phone. In my time of need, Tradus has been a huge let down. I recommend people who value their money and time to stay away from Tradus, until they sort out their internal mess; which I don’t think will happen anytime soon!!
