Tradus-OrangePlus-Seller SubStandard Product

I was on Facebook, I saw FB sponsored ads for "MaxPower Bank" on Tradus, if ordered via App, the price were discounted. As I have to go on a long vacation, I thought a power bank is good to have product.(But now I can say, at least not from Tradus)


I placed my order for two units of Maxx Power Bank 2600mAh.

I got my product in a week time.


I got Sub Standard Products. Two different Pieces.

ITEM IS NOT WAHT IS SHOWN IN PRODUCT LISTING. ITS A SUB-STANDARD PRODUCT, SELLER ACCEPTS THAT HE HAS SEND A SUB-STANDARD PRODUCT, providing nonsense logistics reasons. I


ALREADY CALLED SELLER FOR MORE THAN 20 TIMES IN 18 Days . HE HARDLY PICKS THE PHONE & NEVER REPLIED WITH REVERSE-ORDER DETAILS. Phone are always out of order or switched off after 6PM


I HAVE SEND HIM 10-15 SMS, HE IS ALSO NOT REPLYING.


Don’t you think I also deserve PEACE OF MIND. Is this my mistake that I have purchased a product on TRADUS. Anyways, I am approaching to Mr. Mudit Khosla as well & will report this incident to him. I will make sure the SELLER ORANGEPLUS should correct their mistakes.


I am speaking frankly, Binny Bansal (CEO of Flipkart), personally wrote me an email for my concern when I reported one such incident happened to me on Flipkart to him.


I have a letter of appreciation from Royal Enfield, appreciating my views on customer satisfaction.
