Order not received.

I haven’t received my order yet, it is taking too much time. Also, the awb number is just showing that packet received at operation facility.

Please help, it has been a long time. No response from anywhere. My order id is 12708099_02.

I had ordered 2 more products with this item, which was delivered a long time ago.

Please check the dispatch status and ship my product urgently!
