After a long time I took a chance with Tradus, India’s Most Trusted FRAUD e-Commerce site and I am glad to inform you reaffirmed my judgement about you.I have No words to explain my Feelings.


I ordered on 13th June 2013(#9459864), it was expected to be shipped within 3 business days by the seller. After 5 Days, There was No such activities. So, You guys mailed me that, You have cancelled the Order and Processing for Refund.Again after 1 days, you started your Old story with me..You again mailed me that the status had been "Rolled BACK" to "Seller wants to dispatch the item by 19th June and it will definitely reach me by 22nd".Today is 22nd June on my Calender.I don’t know which Calendar You are using at your End.The Fu&k*ng Game you are doing is Horrible.Till now, Neither the seller has Dispatched the item Nor any steps From Your Side.It seems as if, You are working in Your Own World, where the Dates are counted as per Your Wish


.Probably, you are an aliens who lives in a Different Earth, oops sorry, different Universe. There one day is equal to 100 hrs of our world.And the funniest part is, probably Your Dates get Rolled BACK to an Old date!!How interesting!!!I hope You must agree my words, if You F*&king Animals (Aliens) can understand Our English Language.

Dear Satya,I understand that this shopping experience has not been so pleasant as the seller could not dispatch the product within the promised time frames. Furthermore, there was confusion as the seller had dispatched the product and therefore we had removed the order from the cancellation list. We try our best to ensure that our customers are not penalized for any action taken by our Team with regards to the order cancellation and dispatch.We would certainly take action against the seller for this lapse in service. We would like to assure you that we would take the strictest action which might include suspending the seller to sell his products on our website. In a marketplace model there are instances where the seller sends defective and low quality items but we ensure that customers do not have to bear the brunt. We are still in the process of creating the perfect business eco - system in which disciplined seller's are given the chance to serve our valuable customers. We have already taken steps to discipline all the sellers by imposing penalties on lapse of services of any kind, however there is a lot that needs to be done.This issue has now been resolved and we have initiated the refund on your account today. The amount would be credited to your account within 5-7 business days and the same has been communicated by our CS Team in a mail.We certainly hope that you would give us another chance to prove our worth.Regards,Team Tradus
