Tradus customer care is very very bad, they are arrogant. TRADUS management no is:- 01246777005 and 01246777006 .** or mail to management@tradus.com complaint to them if u have any issues with the customer care people. The higher management people are very good, they will give very good response. I ordered one product, even after 20 days, I didn’t get the product.Mailed to TRADUS many times bunt no reply, called to seller many time but no information.
I tracked my order by myself and found that order returned to the seller long back, but neither seller nor tradus considered it and uploaded the information. Instead of that they maintained a fake database saying order dispatched and delivered. when I questioned about that TRADUS customer care person Mukesh Jah called me and threatened me that he will give police complaint and stop the refund. They said theirs is the biggest online shopping portal but they don’t even have telephonic customer care. The mail customer care will take 2 days to get response that too with improper information.
