Cheap products and very bad customer care

Recently (June-2013) Order Number: 9534855  I have purchase one of the product from Tradus.com  website. Actually I paid for some higher cost product and they deliver low cost product of similar category. Now I am talking to their customer care no one responding in time. For reply I have to write three four times. Then they are responding. Very unfortunate people. Very unsafe site to buy and pay online. No guaranty you will get correct product. Very fictitious site, fake product and bogus customer care. third class website. Even the sellers abuse to customer. This site promoting them for same.


I am suggesting to people not to buy any products from this site.

If a seller ever violates that trust, our buyer protection policy protects the buyer, and the seller is given a strict warning or terminated.We have initiated the partial refund for the difference in price of the product and the issue has been resolved by our CS Team.
