Please do not buy from tradus.com, it is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I regret not looking up the reviews on mouthshut before buying from them. they sent me the wrong product.which cheap quality china made product, far from the ones shown in the picture, wrong brand, wrong design.
They never replied to my mail and when I called the customer service they the CSE said they’d look into it but they never did. When I complained to the seller they did not exchange it and did not refund my money. Basically wasted multiple grands on fake products and did not get proper service even though it was all their mistake.
This is the worst shopping website, do not fall for their attractive offers, they are so coz the products are old, cheap and unusable and the delivery is not timely. Electronic items are not packaged with care. Go for any other genuine site but not tradus, you will thank me.
