I did a big mistake of my life by ordering a pack of T shirts (combo) and mobile cover from Tradus.
Firstly they claim that it is a free shipping but when you come to the final payment gateway they will charge your shipping. I was still ok for the same as I really needed the products but to my despair I received my cover after almost 10 days and for the T shirts I was emailed that it is still under progress.
The most horrible part is that you can talk to the customer support except the email. After days of mailing, I received that cancellation has been initiated and money will be refunded to my credit card. Till date neither have I received the product nor money.
