I recently purchased the Roti maker through online shopping in tradus. From the day onward is not working even the light indicator of power supply is also not working. I wrote a complaint on the first day there is no action taken. The seller asked what is the problem. After explain he was rude and did even listen I was taking. I asked them to to arrange for reverse pick up & refund the money.I would have wrote several time but there is no update.

Tradus is also not helping me. Upset with them 1200 INR is gone I was regular buyer. Pls don’t buy anything from Tradus.
