My experience with Tradus.in has been bad. I’ve ordered with ebay, zoomin, indiaplaza, and each of these turned out to be a professionally run website. However, Tradus.in has turned out to be really bad. I ordered an iPod charger, and paid for it by net banking.
It’s over a month now, and they have neither shipped, nor refunded my money. My emails to their tradus.in have remained unanswered.
It seems that they scaled up the website without necessary infrastructure, and are simply not able to handle the traffic at the back-end. Also, aware of the slow legal process, and confident that people will not go to court for getting refund of few hundred rupees, they are continuing to fleece people.
