I ordered few products on their website on 09/08 (Order ID: 4181310) and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. With all the online shopping I have done, I have always received my products within 5 working days, not with Tradus though. It has been 20 days since it was ordered and paid for and the items are still not delivered. Sent emails to CS, they keep telling me to wait for 2-3 working days.
I am quite bored of waiting now. Not happy with your customer service and choice of courier Aramex. If they cannot deliver the items in time, they should not have taken the order in the first place. Never had any problem with Bludart, Overnite Express or DTDC.
Will not shop again with Tradus mostly because of their lack of customer service and choice of courier.
