I ordered 2 nos of "Koutons Formal Assorted Blazers for Men" on 30.10.2013 and paid 1825 rupees through my cc. In the description of products it has mentions as will be shipped in 3-4 business days. But till now they have not sent my product. I have been writing so many times and following up but no response from them. This is really a poor service from Tradus. The last message I sent to their customer support is given below.
Now it’s more than 10 days from the Dispatch by date of 2nd Nov 2013. I have written so many time asking about when I will receive my product but I have not received any commitment on shipping date. This is pathetic & ridiculous service. This is 4th time I m writing to you people hope I will get a valid response on delivery date. Kindly escalate this to the higher managing authority of Tradus. It spoils your site reputation on customer service.
